Line a pizza tray (32 cm Ø) with tarte flambée dough with baking paper. Clean the mushrooms, clean them well. Halve the bacon. Fry both in a pan without fat until crispy. Wash the rosemary. Peel shallots and cut into rings.
Wash the tomatoes, cut in half.
Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Season sour cream with salt and pepper. Spread on the dough. Spread mushrooms, bacon, shallots, tomatoes and rosemary on top.
Bake in the hot oven on the lower shelf for 12-15 minutes.
