Cut Leberkäse into large cubes. Clean and wash the spring onions. Cut lower onion ends into large pieces. Put meat loaf cubes and onion pieces alternately on skewers. Cut the rest of the onion greens into fine rings. Wash and finely chop the chives and thyme. Fry skewers in hot oil all around for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile boil up 375 ml salted water. Remove from heat, add milk. Stir in puree flakes, fine spring onion rings and herbs. Take the skewers aside. Beat the eggs and fry them in hot frying fat until they are fried. Salt a little bit. Serve the skewers, puree and fried egg in portions garnished with thyme
