  • 150 g Mascarpone
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 75 g Whipped cream
  • 4 dried apricots
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sultanas
  • 4 TSP Maple syrup
  • 8 Mint leaves

    Mix mascarpone, quark and sugar. Whip the cream with the whisk of the hand mixer until stiff, fold in

    Roughly chop the apricots. Fold into the cream with the sultanas. Divide the cream into 4 bowls. Pour maple syrup over the cream, decorate with mint leaves
