  • 700 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 300 g Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp some cloves
  • 1-2 Pistachio kernels
  • 7-10 Tbsp red, yellow, green and blue food colouring
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cocoa powder

    Knead marzipan and icing sugar. Form 2 bananas, 2 oranges, 1 lemon, 1 apple, 1 pear, and 3 plums from the mixture. For the stalk and flowers put cloves into the marzipan. Press the orange pistachio pieces into the marzipan as flowers.

    For the orange peel, press the structure onto the marzipan with the back of a wooden stick. To colour food colouring, add 1-2 teaspoons of water to each and colour the fruits. Orange is obtained by mixing yellow and red; violet by red and blue.

    For the brown spots on the banana, mix some cocoa in water and also paint on. Leave to dry for about 24 hours. Results in 10 fruits of different sizes.
