Fruity salad with nuts

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Perennial (500 g ) Celery
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 Oranges
  • 5 TABLESPOONS mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 2 large apples
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 8 Walnut halves

Directions

    Clean, wash and thinly slice the celery. Put some green aside for garnishing. Blanch the celery in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Then rinse cold and drain.

    Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut out the fillets. Squeeze out the remaining flesh. Collect the juice. Stir with the mayonnaise until smooth. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and sugar.

    Wash apples, quarter them, cut out the core. Cut the flesh into thin slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Chop walnuts. Mix the prepared ingredients. Pour sauce over them. Garnish with retained celery green.
