Ingredients

  • 200 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 125 g big cherry tomatoes
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Basil oil
  • 1 package (25 g) frozen Italian herbs

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the salad. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Drain artichokes on a sieve and cut into quarters. Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar.

    Whip the oil underneath bit by bit. Stir in the herbs. Carefully mix the salad ingredients with the marinade. Arrange everything on plates and serve.
