Marinated pineapple with mocha cream

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 100 g Mocha chocolate
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Irish whiskey cream liqueur (e.g. Baileys)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS chocolate sprinkles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pineapple slices and chocolate leaves

Directions

    Quarter the pineapple, peel carefully and cut out the stalk. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Mix with honey and let it stand for a while. Chop the chocolate very finely.

    Whip cream until stiff, stir in Baileys and chocolate. Pour pineapple and whipped cream into dessert glasses. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Decorate as you like with pineapple slices and chocolate leaves
