  • 200 g Sugar
  • 250 g Butter
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice

Directions

  1. 1

Separate eggs. Beat the egg yolks, 80 grams of icing sugar and vanilla pulp until foamy. Beat egg white and remaining icing sugar until stiff. Fold flour and beaten egg white into the egg yolk cream. Spread 1/6 of the dough on a greased springform pan (26 cm Ø).

Cut immediately into 16 cake pieces. Melt the chocolate coating and let it cool to room temperature. Beat the remaining butter until frothy. Stir in pudding and chocolate coating by the spoonful. Spread five cake layers with cream and put them together.

  5. 5

Spread the edge with cream and place the caramel pieces on top.
