Marinated strawberries with Prosecco

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Almond liqueur (e.g. Amaretto)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Maple syrup
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Grenadine
  • 500 ml well-chilled prosecco
  • 7-10 Tbsp sweetened strawberries, strawberries and lemon balm

Directions

    Wash and clean the strawberries and drain them well in a sieve. Then cut them in half and put them into a bowl. Drizzle almond liqueur and maple syrup over the strawberries and leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Then distribute the strawberries with the marinade in 4 glasses. Add one tablespoon of grenadine per glass. Fill up with Prosecco. Serve immediately, decorated as desired with sugared strawberries, strawberries and lemon balm
