Marinated grilled chicken fillets and grilled corncobs

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 stem(s) Basil
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 Limes
  • 125 ml Olive oil
  • 4 Chicken fillets (approx. 150 g each)
  • 4 Corn cob with leaves
  • 80 g soft lactose-free butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Kitchen yarn
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium shells

Directions

    Wash, clean and slice the pepper and remove the seeds. Finely dice the pod. Wash basil and parsley, dab dry. Pluck the leaves and cut them finely. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Peel garlic and chop finely.

    Halve the limes. Squeeze 1 lime. Mix juice and oil. Add garlic, chilli pepper, chives, parsley and basil. Wash the chicken fillets, dab dry. Put the meat on a deep plate. Pour the marinade over it and marinate for about 1 hour, turning once in between. Soak the corn on the cobs with leaves in cold water for about 25 minutes. Remove the cobs and shake dry. Bend the leaves back and remove silvery hairs. Brush the cob with butter, put leaves back around the cob and tie up with thread. Remove the chicken fillets from the marinade, roughly strip off the marinade and put aside.

    Pour the marinade over it and marinate for about 1 hour, turning once in between. Soak the corn on the cobs with leaves in cold water for about 25 minutes. Remove the cobs and shake dry. Bend the leaves back and remove silvery hairs. Brush the cob with butter, put leaves back around the cob and tie up with thread. Remove the chicken fillets from the marinade, roughly strip off the marinade and put aside. Season fillets with salt. Grill meat and corn on the cob indirectly on the grill for 8-10 minutes. Then place the chicken fillets in aluminium trays and grill for another 5 minutes, sprinkling the marinade 2-3 times. Bend the corncob leaves back again, tie them together. Grill the corncobs and remaining lime halves on the grill, turning them over, for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle corncobs with salt, season meat with pepper

    Season fillets with salt. Grill meat and corn on the cob indirectly on the grill for 8-10 minutes. Then place the chicken fillets in aluminium trays and grill for another 5 minutes, sprinkling the marinade 2-3 times. Bend the corncob leaves back again, tie them together. Grill the corncobs and remaining lime halves on the grill, turning them over, for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle corncobs with salt, season meat with pepper
