Mango-savarin with pistachio-coconut flakes and peaches

Ingredients

  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 200 ml Mango fruit juice
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 1 (25 g) bag of chopped pistachio kernels
  • 20 g Coconut flake
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml; 250 g by weight) Peaches
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocktail cherries

Directions

    Put milk and juice in a pot and mix well. Take off 5-6 tablespoons of it and mix the pudding powder with it. Add sugar to the remaining mango milk and bring to the boil. Take the pot from the stove and add the pudding powder and mix. Bring to the boil again while stirring. Pour the pudding into four safarin cups (150 ml content) rinsed with cold water and put them in a cool place, preferably overnight.

    Use a knife to remove the pudding from the rim of the cups and turn it out onto plates. Mix the pistachios and grated coconut and sprinkle over the safarin. Drain the peaches and cut into thin slices. Place around the mango safarin on the plates. Serve decorated with cocktail cherries as desired
