Peel the mangos, cut the flesh off the stone and dice. Peel papaya, cut in half, remove seeds and cut lengthwise into slices. Peel and halve lychees and remove flesh from the stone. Wash the carambola and cut into slices.
Arrange the prepared fruit on a plate. Mix orange and lime juice with 1 tablespoon of sugar and pour over the fruit. Decorate with lime zest and coconut chips. Serve sprinkled with remaining brown sugar
