Ingredients

  • 3/8 l dry white wine (e.g. Silvaner)
  • 1/8 l apple juice
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Peppermint liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 2 limes
  • 75 g Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint leaves

    Mix wine, apple juice, liqueur, lime juice and 60 g icing sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Sprinkle a flat glass mould with the remaining icing sugar. Pour liquid into the mould and freeze in the freezer for about 5 hours. Remove the granite just before serving. Scrape with a strong tablespoon and pour into chilled dessert glasses. Decorate with mint and serve immediately
