Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Lemon jelly (for 1/2 l water)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 package (1000 ml) Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 100 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Mix the jelly in a small pot with 1/2 litre cold water. Leave to soak for 5 minutes. Add sugar, heat while stirring until everything is dissolved (do not boil).

    Pour into beer glasses. Leave to set in the fridge. Cut vanilla ice cream into balls and arrange on the jelly. Whip the cream until stiff and decorate the ice cream with it. Serve with waffles.
