Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 400 g Beefsteak minced meat
  • 1 TABLESPOON Breadcrumbs
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 4-5 leaves Lettuce
  • 1 red pepper
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 3 TABLESPOONS fat-reduced salad cream (4.9 % fat)
  • 2 TEASPOONS Tomato Ketchup (light)
  • 4 roundish multi-grain rolls (à approx. 75 g)

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix minced meat, breadcrumbs, onion and quark and season with salt and pepper. Form 4 round meatballs from the mixture. Heat the oil in a coated pan.

    Fry the meatballs for 8-10 minutes while turning them over. In the meantime wash and drain the salad. Wash the peppers, cut off the lid, cut out the core and cut the pod into rings.

    Clean, wash and slice the cucumber and tomatoes. Mix salad cream and ketchup. Cut the roll open, spread the lower halves with lettuce cream, cover with lettuce, tomatoes and paprika.

    Place 1 burger and the upper half of a roll on top.
