Wash cured pork. Clean, wash and cut the leek into bite-sized pieces. Wash and chop the herbs. Bring the stock to the boil. Add meat, leek, herbs and lentils and cook for about 40 minutes in a closed saucepan.
Remove the cured pork loin, cut into cubes and add again. Drain the pumpkin, add it to the stew and warm it up. Season with salt and pepper.
