Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg waxy potatoes
  • 2 small onions
  • 3-4 Stem(s) flat leaf parsley
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Rapeseed oil
  • 60 g diced lean ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Potatoes are best washed the day before and cooked in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Drain potatoes, quench, peel and let them cool down

    Cut the potatoes into slices about 0.5 cm thick. Peel onions and cut them into rings. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely

    Heat the oil in a large, coated pan. Fry the potatoes on both sides at medium heat for about 6 minutes until golden brown. Add diced ham and onion rings and fry for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in parsley. Arrange in the pan
