Lentil salad with crisp bacon

Ingredients

  • 200 g red lentils
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 3-4 Tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 75-100 g Bacon cubes (e.g. "Bacon Bits")
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch sugar, 3-4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cos lettuce
  • 1 collar Spring onions

Directions

    Cook the lentils in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Then drain

    Roast sunflower seeds in a pan without fat. Remove. Leave bacon in the pan until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper. Deglaze roast with vinegar and 2 tablespoons of water. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the oil

    Clean, wash and cut the salad into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Mix the prepared salad ingredients with the marinade
