Three kinds of cream cheese pralines

Ingredients

Servings: 24
  • 1/4 red, yellow and green peppers
  • 4 thin slices of breakfast bacon (Bacon)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS pickled green peppercorns
  • 600 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 100 g Mandarin Oranges (Tin)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 pinch Sweet peppers
  • 25 g crushed pistachios
  • 24 Paper sleeves

Directions

    Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Leave bacon in a pan until crispy. Let it cool down and crumble finely. Drain the peppercorns

    Divide the cream cheese into 3 portions. Stir 3/4 paprika cubes into the 1st portion. Mix the 2nd portion with 3/4 peppercorns and bacon. Stir the fruits into the 3rd portion. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Form 8 balls from each and place them in the cuffs. Sprinkle each ball with remaining paprika cubes and paprika powder, bacon and peppercorns or chopped pistachios. Goes well with pumpernickel
