Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Leave bacon in a pan until crispy. Let it cool down and crumble finely. Drain the peppercorns
Divide the cream cheese into 3 portions. Stir 3/4 paprika cubes into the 1st portion. Mix the 2nd portion with 3/4 peppercorns and bacon. Stir the fruits into the 3rd portion. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Form 8 balls from each and place them in the cuffs. Sprinkle each ball with remaining paprika cubes and paprika powder, bacon and peppercorns or chopped pistachios. Goes well with pumpernickel
