Ingredients

  • 2 Onions
  • 1 small red, green and yellow peppers
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 300 g Vine tomatoes
  • 300 g Carrots
  • 300 g Gouda cheese
  • 1 collar Dill
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel the onions. Clean and wash the peppers. Wash and clean the cucumber. Cut off 8-10 slices and put aside for garnishing. Wash the tomatoes.

    Cut prepared vegetables into fine cubes. Peel and roughly grate carrots. Cut cheese into strips. Wash dill, shake dry, pluck little flags from the stalks and cut finely except for a little bit for garnishing. For the salad dressing mix vinegar and sugar. Add oil drop by drop and stir in. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in dill. Mix all salad ingredients and chill for about 30 minutes.
