Ingredients

  • 750 g small waxy potatoes
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Vegetable Onion
  • 250 g Pork sausage
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Gyros spice
  • 1/8 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 5-6 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g small black olives with stone
  • 3 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 250 g Tsatsiki

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Drain potatoes, rinse, peel and halve. Put them into a bowl. Peel the vegetable onion and cut into fine rings. Peel skin from the sausage.

    Cut sausage into strips. Mix 2 tablespoons of oil and gyros spice and pour over the sausage. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry onion rings in it until transparent. Deglaze with stock and vinegar. Add to the potatoes and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. Put the sausage into the hot pan, fry it and add it to the potatoes. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Add tomatoes and olives to the salad. Wash parsley, cut into strips.
