Orange cream with cream

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Juice oranges
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla"
  • 40 g + 20 g sugar
  • 400 ml Orange juice
  • 50 g Fresh cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 100 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Squeeze oranges and measure 1/4 l juice. Mix pudding powder and 40 g sugar and stir with 100 ml orange juice until smooth

    Bring all the orange juice to the boil. Stir in pudding powder, bring to the boil. Simmer for about 1 minute. Leave to cool slightly and pour into 4 large glasses or a bowl. Keep cool for at least 3 hours

    Mix crème fraîche, 20 g sugar and vanillin sugar until smooth. Whip cream until stiff and fold in. Just before serving, pour onto the pudding
