Wash potatoes carefully and cook in boiling water for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse with cold water and leave to rest for a while. In the meantime cut salmon into fine strips. Cut potatoes into slices.
Divide the potatoes and salmon into small portion moulds (e.g. mussels). Cut the herb butter into thin slices and spread them on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on an oven rack and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 4) for 5-7 minutes.
Serve garnished with dill.
