Leberkäs salad with gherkins

Ingredients

  • 1 red onion
  • 400 g Leberkäse or meat sausage
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 150 g Gherkins + 5 tablespoons -sud
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Peel and halve the onion. Cut onion and meat loaf into thin strips. Clean and wash the radishes. Cut radishes and gherkins into thin slices.

    Mix cucumber stock, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add the oil. Mix with the prepared ingredients and leave to stand for at least 1 hour. Fresh farmhouse bread tastes good with it.
