Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 5 Gherkins (glass)
  • 5 (approx. 250 g) Landjäger
  • 2 Peppers (e.g. yellow and red)
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 6 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Cut gherkins and Landjäger into small cubes. Clean, wash and also dice the peppers. Onions peel and very finely dice. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into fine rolls.

    Mix vinegar with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar, fold in oil. Mix the prepared ingredients with the vinaigrette. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Serve with farmhouse bread and butter.
