Bündnerfleisch rolls with mozzarella

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Balls (approx. 125 g each) Mozzarella cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper
  • 12 thin slices of Bündnerfleisch
  • 1 collar Rocket
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Artichoke Hearts
  • 4 TABLESPOONS light balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Drain the mozzarella and cut into 12 sticks. Season with a little salt and pepper and wrap 1 slice of Bündnerfleisch around each. Clean, wash and drain the rocket. Drain artichoke hearts and cut into slices

    Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar, fold in oil. Mix rocket, artichokes and vinaigrette in a salad bowl, season again and arrange on plates. Arrange Bündnerfleisch rolls on top and serve. Delicious with baguette bread
