Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 discs Toast
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 discs Country ham
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Orange juice
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 300 g young spinach

Directions

    Dice the toast and cooked ham. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Cut country ham into strips. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Brown the toast in it and take it out. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in the frying fat, fry the ham in it and take it out.

    Sauté onion and garlic in the frying fat. Add mustard, orange juice and ketchup. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, season with salt and pepper and let cool. Wash the spinach, sort it and let it drip off. Mix with sauce, ham and croutons.
