Lamb's lettuce with potato sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 150 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 2 discs Toast
  • 30 g Butter or margarine
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Potato puree powder
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Herb Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 1 TEASPOON Curry

Directions

    Carve tomatoes crosswise, blanch with boiling water, peel, quarter, seed and cut into cubes. Clean lamb's lettuce and wash thoroughly. Remove the crusts from bread and cut into cubes. Heat half the fat in a pan and roast the bread cubes in it until golden brown. Clean, wash and quarter the mushrooms and fry them in the remaining fat until golden brown. Bring 100 ml water to the boil, stir in mashed potato powder and season with vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and curry. Arrange the salad on plates and add the potato sauce
