Mushroom pan with herb cream cheese sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 100 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 600 g white mushrooms
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 150 g Herbal cream cheese preparation
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into quarters lengthwise. Cut bacon into strips. Clean, wash and halve the mushrooms. Fry the bacon in a pan until golden brown and remove. Add oil to the bacon fat and heat.

    Add the potatoes and fry for 15 minutes. Turn from time to time. Add mushrooms 5 minutes before the end of cooking time. Season with salt and pepper. In the meantime, wash the chives and cut into fine rolls.

    Retain something to garnish. Mix cream cheese and crème fraîche. Fold in chives. Put bacon and cream cheese on the potato and mushroom pan and serve sprinkled with the remaining chives.
