Lamb's lettuce four times different: with beetroot-sesame vinaigrette

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 175 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 TEASPOON Sesame seed
  • 40 g pickled beetroot (glass)
  • 4 Chive straws
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Raspberry vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Clean the salad, wash and drain well

    Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat, remove and let cool. Finely dice the beetroot. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in oil drop by drop. Stir in beetroot, sesame and chives.

    Arrange salad and dressing on plates
