  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 200 g kohlrabi, salt, 1 tomato
  • 100 g Pork escalope
  • 1 TEASPOON oil, white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) clotted cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Chive rolls

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes and kohlrabi. Boil potatoes in 1/8 l salted water for about 15 minutes. Cut the kohlrabi into small pieces. Cook with the potatoes for another 5 minutes

    Deseed tomato, dice. Cut meat into strips. Fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes, season. Fry tomato briefly. Add kohlrabi and potatoes together with stock and cream, season. Arrange everything, sprinkle with chives
