  • 500 g Girosgeschnetzeltes (a.d.Frischtheke)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 500 g Flatbread
  • 200 g White cabbage salad
  • 100 g Tsatsiki
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh herbs and pickled peppers

    Fry the giros in hot olive oil over a high heat for about 10 minutes, turning. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Peel onions, cut into rings. Cut flat bread into 4 pieces. Slice and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for 3-4 minutes.
