Kasseler sandwich with raw vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 TEASPOONS lemon juice, salt
  • 1/2 tsp (approx. 3 g) Oil
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) Carrot
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) small apple
  • 1-2 stem(s) Dill
  • 2 TEASPOONS liquid honey
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 1/4 (approx. 100 g) Cucumber
  • 1 tomato, 2-3 lettuce leaves
  • 1 (approx. 60 g) Sch. rye mixed or wholemeal bread
  • 2 discs (approx. 30 g) Kasseler cold cuts
  • 7-10 Tbsp fat rimless

Directions

    Mix 2 tablespoons of water, lemon juice, salt and oil. Peel and wash the carrot. Wash the apple, peel if necessary, quarter and core it. Grate both roughly and mix immediately with the salad dressing

    Wash the dill and cut it finely. Mix with honey, mustard and 2 tsp. water

    Wash and clean the rest of the vegetables. Cut cucumber and tomato into slices. Pluck lettuce leaves a little bit smaller if necessary

    Spread bread with honey-mustard sauce and cut in half. Cover one half of the bread with lettuce, cured pork, tomato and cucumber. Cover with the 2nd half of the bread. Serve with the raw vegetables
