Fine cucumber soup

Ingredients

  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 1 knife tip granulated stock
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 3 Prawns in Lake
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill

Directions

    Peel the cucumber, cut it in half, remove the seeds and cut it into pieces. Dissolve stock in 3 tablespoons of hot water. Put cucumber, yoghurt and stock in a high vessel, puree. Season to taste with salt and pepper and chill for about 30 minutes.

    Pour into a bowl and garnish with prawns and dill.
