Melon boats with fruit salad

Ingredients

  • 50 g Strawberries
  • 1 (50 g) Kiwi
  • 1 (150 g) Nectarine
  • 1 (300 g with bowl) Meshed melon column
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp 50 g vanilla yoghurt 1.5% fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm
  • 1 (5 g) Wholemeal biscuit

Directions

    Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Peel and slice the kiwi. Wash nectarine, rub dry, halve and remove the stone. Cut the flesh into thin slices.

    Arrange strawberries, kiwi and nectarine on a plate. Place the melon wedge on top. Mix lemon juice and sugar and pour over the fruit. Add yoghurt. Decorate with lemon balm as desired.

    Add the wholemeal biscuits.
