Preheat oven to 180°C.
Peel apples, cut them into thin slices and put them into an ovenproof dish.
Mix butter (room temperature), flour, sugar, almonds and cinnamon together and work into crumbles with the dough hooks of a hand mixer.
Spread the crumbles over the apples so that everything is covered. Bake for about 40-45 minutes.
