Ingredients

  • 200 g Flour
  • 100 g Butter,
  • 50 g Sugar,
  • 1 Egg
  • 700 g Apricots
  • 100 g Icing sugar
  • 1 Essl. lemon juice
  • 2 tbs. amaretto
  • 200 g Marzipan,
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Essl. apricot jam

Directions

    Mix flour, butter, sugar and egg and put the dough into a springform pan, prick it with a fork and bake it at 180 degrees on the lowest level for 15 minutes.

    Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes and spread with warmed jam.
