Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 400 g Pork escalope
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 100 ml + possibly 1-2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 100 g Mung bean seedlings
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 large carrot
  • 350 g Pointed cabbage
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sesame Oil

Directions

  1. 1

Dab meat dry and cut into strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix everything with 100 ml soy sauce, cover and leave to stand for about 30 minutes.

  2. 2

Select the seedlings, wash and drain. Peel and halve the onions and cut into thin strips. Peel and wash the carrot and cut it into thin strips of about 5 cm. Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage.

  3. 3

Quarter cabbage, wash and cut out the stalk. Cut the cabbage into strips. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips.

  4. 4

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan. Stir-fry the meat together with the marinade for 2-3 minutes at high heat. Push the meat aside a little. Add onions and vegetables, except sprouts, and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.

  5. 5

Fry the sprouts briefly at the end. Season to taste with soy sauce. Basmati rice tastes good with it.
