Jagertee pudding with cinnamon-cherries

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 450 ml Milk
  • 2 TEASPOONS Assam tea leaves
  • 1 package Chocolate Flavoured Pudding Powder
  • 9 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 1 glass (720 ml) Cherries
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cinnamon powder
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cornstarch
  • 7-10 Tbsp white chocolate rolls

Directions

    Boil up the milk. Add tea, let it brew for about 3 minutes and pour it through a sieve into another pot. Bring the milk to the boil again. Stir pudding powder, 3 tbsp. sugar and rum until smooth. Stir into the boiling milk, bring to the boil and simmer for about 1 minute. Remove from the stove

    Pour the cherries into a sieve, collect the juice and bring to the boil, except for 4 tablespoons. Stir 6 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon, starch and 4 tablespoons juice until smooth. Stir into the boiling juice and simmer for about 1 minute. Remove from the stove. Fold in cherries

    Fill cherries and pudding alternately in layers into a bowl, let it cool down a little and put it in a cool place. Decorate the pudding with chocolate rolls
