Ingredients

  • 60 g fresh yeast
  • 700 g Flour
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour for dusting

Directions

    For the breads, crumble yeast and dissolve in 400 ml of lukewarm water. Add flour and salt and knead to a smooth dough. Cut the dough in half, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour

    Knead the dough halves again and form into longish loaves (approx. 25 cm long). Place them next to each other on an oiled baking tray and let them rise for another 1 hour

    Brush with some water and dust with flour. Bake the bread in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes
