Mung bean sprout salad

Ingredients

  • 500 g Mung bean sprouts
  • 200 g Spring onions
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) red pepper
  • 3-4 Tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS rice vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sesame Oil

Directions

    Wash the sprouts and let them drain on a sieve. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Peppers clean, wash and cut into fine strips. Mix soy sauce, sugar and vinegar. Add oil and fold under. Mix all the salad ingredients with the salad dressing and pour into a bowl. Leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes and serve
