Boil the eggs for about 8 minutes. Then rinse cold, peel and slice. Cut cucumbers into fine slices. Season mayonnaise with salt, pepper and curry. Cut the rind off the toast slices.
Spread the slices with mayonnaise. Cover half of the toast slices with cucumber and egg slices and roast beef. Cover each slice with a second slice of toast and press them down a little. Cut into squares or triangles and serve
