Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp - 400 g Mushrooms
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 1 bunch spring onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 750 g seasoned gyros meat (meat counter)
  • 7-10 Tbsp - Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp - Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 3-4 tablespoons Metaxa (Greek brandy)
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 150 g Gouda (piece)
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 1⁄4 Pizza dough
  • 7-10 Tbsp - Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 200-300 g strained tomatoes with herbs (tin)
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 200-250 g finished tzatziki (cooling shelf)

Directions

    Clean and wash the mushrooms and spring onions. Mushrooms in.

    Cut slices, spring onions into rings. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan. Fry the gyros in it in portions. Take out. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the mushrooms. Fry the spring onions briefly.

    Mix in the gyros, season everything with salt, pepper and Metaxa. Let it cool down.

    Coarsely grate the cheese. Roll out the pizza dough rectangularly (approx. 35 x 40 cm) on a piece of baking paper dusted with flour. Spread with strained tomatoes. Spread the gyros mixture on top. Sprinkle cheese over it.

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: level 4) for 15-20 minutes. Add the tzatziki.
