Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Penne noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 40 g dried tomatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS red pesto
  • 50 g green olives without stone
  • 2-3 stem(s) Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the zucchini and tomatoes, grate dry and clean. Cut the zucchini into slices. Halve tomatoes and cut into pieces.

    Cut the dried tomatoes into strips. Drain the pasta and let it drain well. Heat oil in a pan and fry zucchini slices for 2-3 minutes. Fry the pasta and dried tomatoes, then add the pesto, olives and tomato pieces.

    Fry for about 3 minutes. Wash the basil and dab dry. Finely chop leaves of 1 stalk and add to the noodles. Season pasta with salt and pepper and garnish with basil leaves.
