Indian rice with turkey steak

Ingredients

  • 30 g Long grain rice
  • 2 TEASPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Cardamom
  • 30 g frozen peas
  • 10 g chopped almonds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 75 g Turkey Steak
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

    Fry the rice in 1 teaspoon of hot fat. Add cinnamon and cardamom and sauté. Stir in peas and almonds. Add 4 tablespoons of salted water and let it swell at low heat for about 15 minutes. Cut turkey steak into cubes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and fry in remaining fat until golden brown. Serve with the rice
