Salmon ham and radish bread

  • 1 collar (230 g) Radishes
  • 1 washer (35 g) Wholemeal bread
  • 1 teaspoon (10 g) Half-fat butter
  • 2 discs (50 g) Salmon ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few stalks of chives

Directions

    Radishes, except 1 for garnishing, clean, wash and cut into wafer-thin slices. Spread bread with butter. Place the salmon ham loosely on top. Cover with radishes and garnish with chives.

    Arrange the remaining radish slices in a small bowl and serve with them.
