Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 12-18 Ice cubes
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 18 cl elderflower syrup or 24 cl elderflower liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp - each approx. 1⁄2 bottle (375 ml) of sparkling wine and mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 2 organic limes (or lemons)
  • 7-10 Tbsp - Mint twigs or leaves

Directions

    Per glass: Pour 2-3 ice cubes into a balloon glass (red or white wine glass). Add 3 cl elderflower syrup (or 4 cl liqueur) and fill up with 6 cl sparkling wine and mineral water. Stir carefully.

    As a garnish, put 2-3 thin slices of lime with some mint leaves in the glass.
