Hot spaghetti with prawns

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g cooked king prawns
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 TEASPOONS Erbe piccanti alternatively dried herbs with crushed, dried chillies (spice and aroma mixture)

    Shrimps, up to the tail end, from the shells loosen and remove the black intestine. Wash the shrimps and pat them dry. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Fry prawns in 2 tablespoons of hot oil for about 5 minutes. Add garlic.

    Season with salt. Drain the noodles and let them drain well. Remove the prawns from the pan. Heat the remaining oil in the pan. Fry the spring onions and the spice mixture briefly. Add the spaghetti and prawns and toss for approx. 3 minutes
