Ingredients

  • 1 kg Pork neck (boneless)
  • 1 kg Beef (from the rump)
  • 3 (approx. 200 g) Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 50 g clarified butter
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 50 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Sweet peppers
  • 1 TEASPOON Rose peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 cubes "Fat Broth"
  • 1 (approx. 1 kg) Head white cabbage
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 Leek sticks (leek)
  • 1 jar(s) (425 ml; separation weight: 285 g) Vegetable corn
  • 2 red chillies
  • 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and dice. Peel and finely dice onions and garlic. Heat the lard in a large casserole. Brown the meat on all sides. Add the diced onion and garlic and fry. Add tomato paste, dust with flour and mix well.

    Add paprika. Season with salt, pepper and bay leaves. Deglaze with 2 litres of water. Bring to the boil. Dissolve stock cubes in it. Cook meat for about 1 1/2 hours. In the meantime, clean and wash the cabbage and cut out the stalk. Quarter cabbage and cut into strips. Add to the meat 1/2 hour before the end of the cooking time. Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Clean and wash the peppers and leek. Dice peppers, cut leek into rings.

Halve the chillies, remove the seeds. Wash the pods and dice very finely. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Add chilli and parsley. Season the party pot with salt, paprika and possibly pepper
