Mix the sheep's cheese with 3-4 tablespoons of lukewarm water. For the dough, knead flour, approx. 1/4 tsp salt, 3 tbsp olive oil and 1/8 l water with the dough hooks of the mixer for approx. 5 minutes to a tough dough (consistency of yeast dough).
First form 10 small balls from the dough and then shape them with wet hands into small flat cakes. Put 1-2 tablespoons of feta cheese in the middle of each ball. Whip the dough over it and press it together. Shape the dough into balls between the palms of your hands and roll out into thin flat cakes (approx. 15 cm Ø).
Heat the rest of the oil in portions in a small pan. Fry the pastry in the pan on each side for 3-4 minutes on medium heat until golden brown. Keep the finished patties warm in the oven (at 50°C).
Serve with the honey.
